How to read this

This notice leads with what is collected rather than with clauses about rights, because on this site the collected list is short enough to state in full and check yourself. Every claim in sections 01 to 04 is verifiable from the pages themselves.

Where a question depends on a legal entity or a jurisdiction, neither of which exists yet, the answer is marked pending rather than assumed. See the terms for the same two gaps.

Legal entity
Specification pendingNo entity has been named.
Jurisdiction
Specification pendingNo governing law has been chosen, so no rights regime is claimed.

01 What we collect

One form on this site accepts input, and nothing else does. There are no accounts, no login, no wallet connection, no payment data and no user-generated content.

Each field below is one a reader can see for themselves by opening the route it belongs to.

Forms, field by field

/providers/applyprovider class · capacity · region · email · notes — five fields, sent as one email to contact@kronex.network and stored nowhere on this site5 fields
/ecosystem/funda mail link only — the page opens your own mail client with a subject line; nothing is collected on the page0 fields
footer — protocol updatesone email address, sent to Mailchimp with a pending status; you confirm by email or nothing is kept. Mailchimp holds it under its own terms1 field

Where a server-side handler is deployed the provider form’s email transits Mandrill (a Mailchimp service) on its way to the mailbox; where it is not, your own mail client composes and sends it. Either way what you send is an email to one mailbox, not a record in a database.

02 What we do not do

Each line below carries the check that proves it, because a claim on this page is falsifiable by anyone with devtools open.

No third-party analyticsNetwork tab: no request to an analytics host on any pageverified
No ad or tracking pixelsNo image or script request to an ad networkverified
No cross-site identifiersNo cookie is set at all — see the cookies pageverified
Fonts self-hostedEvery font file loads from this origin; no font CDN sees a visitorverified
Nothing sold or sharedThere is nothing collected to sellverified

03 Requests the browser makes anyway

Live network statistics — the footer’s latest block, and the figures on /stats — are fetched in your browser from our own infrastructure. Your IP address reaches those hosts on any page carrying the footer. It is not a third party, and it is still a request you did not choose; the site’s content security policy permits no other external host.

Search runs in your browser. No query is sent anywhere.

explorer-testnet.kronex.networkBlockscout stats — footer strip, /stats, the home statistics tilesours
rpc.kronex.networkOne block read behind the derived hashrate on /statsours

04 The chain is not covered by this notice

Kronex is a public blockchain. Addresses, transactions and amounts on it are public, permanent, and outside anyone’s ability to delete — including ours. The privacy layer that would change this is Phase 3 of the roadmap and does not exist.

Nothing in this notice applies to on-chain data, and nothing about a privacy-branded project should lead you to conclude that your transactions are private today.

05 Analytics

None is deployed. If that changes, this clause changes in the same release, and the change will name the product and what it records. This clause will never read “we may use analytics”.

06 Retention, rights and contact

Specification pending

Retention periods and rights depend on a legal entity and a jurisdiction, neither of which exists yet. Email sent to contact@kronex.network stays in that mailbox; ask and it is deleted.

Contact

Questions about this document go to the one published address. There is no separate legal, privacy or security address.

TESTNET — LIVE · CHAIN 5768· MAINNET — NOT LAUNCHED· LATEST BLOCK — AWAITING FEED· KIPs — 0

Jurisdiction and entity details — placeholder, pending incorporation

Kronex runs on a public testnet; mainnet has not launched. The chain, its nodes and its contract execution are running today. The marketplace this site describes — programmable orders, resource markets, privacy, escrow and settlement — is planned, not shipped. Nothing here is an offer, solicitation, or investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Forward-looking statements may change. See the full notice.
