RESEARCH
Ten open questions.
Nothing has been published yet. What is published is the list of problems Kronex considers unsolved, and the route from one of them to a protocol change.
01 · WHAT THIS PAGE IS FOR
What this page is for
Research can evolve into future Kronex Improvement Proposals.
That sentence is why the page exists before it has content. It names a path — an open question becomes a written proposal, and a proposal is how the protocol changes. Publishing the questions first means the path can be checked before anything travels down it.
02 · RESEARCH AREAS
What we consider unsolved
Ten areas. With nothing published, this list is the page's content rather than a filter over it.
Ten open areas · none with published work
A live filter over zero rows is a lie the reader discovers by tapping — these are not filters. The list itself is not provisional: it is the published map of what this project does not yet know how to do.
03 · THE LOG
The log
No research has been published yet. When it is, it appears here — dated, attributed, and filed under one of the ten areas above.
04 · HOW A QUESTION BECOMES A KIP
How a question becomes a proposal
The one thing this page can say today that no other page says.
- 01An open question is named in one of the ten areas above.
- 02Work on it is published here — dated, attributed, with its method.
- 03Specification pending — how a result becomes a draft proposal is a governance decision not yet made.
- 04Specification pending — how a proposal is reviewed and accepted is not yet decided.
Specification pendingThe first two stages are described by the source. The last two are governance decisions that have not been made, and a pipeline invented here would be a process nobody agreed to run.
